How to Use the Account Settings The Account Settings displays the information about your Cloudica™ account and the monitoring settings. This is only available under the Owner account. Managers and Remote Users do not have access to this information. There are two parts under the Account Settings,
  • General Settings
  • Monitoring Default Settings
To get to the Account Settings,
  • Click the User Menu.
  • Choose “Settings”.
  • Click "Account Settings" from the Left Panel Index. 
General Settings Under this section are the following: 
  • Company Name
  • Type of Plan
  • Update Billing Information button
  • Delete Account
Editing the Company Name The account Company Name is editable. To make some changes, follow these steps:
  • Click the text for the company name.
  • Type or edit the name.
  • Click outside the box to save the changes.
Deleting the Account An account owner can choose to delete his/her Cloudica™ account for one reason or another. It may be due to company restructuring, a merger, a change of leadership, etc. Important: Only account owners can delete the registered Cloudica™ account. To delete the account, 
  • Click the “Delete Account” in the General Settings section.
Type of Plan There are two types of plans: 
  • Free Trial,  
  • and Licensed. 
After you register your company account, you are given a 15-day free trial. You have access to all the features for a limited time. During this time, your plan is under the Free Trial. Once you upgrade the plan, the account now is Licensed.   Upgrading the Plan  To upgrade from Free Trial to Licensed, follow the steps below
  • Click on the pink free trial banner at the top of the page. This will take you to the billing form.
  • Enter your credit card information.
  • Click "Add Billing Information" and wait for the confirmation message.
After the upgrade is complete, your account will be billed for the hours monitored after the upgrade. Learn about the Promos and Affiliate Program to avail some discounts on your monthly bill. Updating the Billing Information To switch or update your credit card information, you will need to do the following:
  • Click the “Update Billing Information” button.
  • Click “Update” to continue or “Back” to cancel the action.
  • Enter your credit card details.
  • Click "Add Billing Information" and wait for the confirmation message.
Visit the guide to updating the Billing Information. Monitoring Default Settings The part of the Settings has the controls over the captured data the Cloudica™ Desktop App collects from the users under your account.  Under this section, you’ll see the toggle switches for the following:
  • Location
  • Snapshots
  • Applications
  • Idle
  • Keystrokes
  • Limit Confidential
  • and the text box for the Maximum Idle Time. 
You can enable/disable the Monitoring Default Settings to modify how the app records user data, and change the max idle time. Learn more about how to edit the Monitoring Default Settings.
